In the event of a pricing error (technical or human), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if the order has been confirmed.

3. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products, including colours, finishes, and dimensions, as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or photography, and due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces.
As an imitation/fashion jewellery brand, our products are made using artificial materials and plating, and are not represented as containing precious metals or gemstones unless explicitly stated.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product offered, and to discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

4. Order Acceptance

Receipt of an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Product unavailability or stock errors
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
- Issues with the delivery address provided
If an order is declined or cancelled after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 DAYS

5. Shipping and Delivery

In summary, returns are accepted only in cases where a product arrives damaged or defective, supported by unboxing video evidence submitted within 7 DAYS of delivery to parofashionjewellery@gmail.com.
